The law suit against Mr. Welch will be resolved by mid April if not sooner. If sooner the $4,000,000 suit will be dropped and the 500,000,000 stolen shares will be returned leaving the balance of outstanding shares at 202,000,000. The people owed money will be in line to be repaid over time if the judge agrees to the filing by RTXBQ and the "Q" will disappear and all will live happily ever after. It behooves them to approve the filing or they get nothing and RTXB continues to go after the $4,000,000 in damages.

RTXB plans to fight this motion vigorously as we believe that the filing of the above motion was a response to our filing a suit against them.
