I believe the saying is "buy on the rumor, sell on the news."

The theory here is that the rumor will be hyped up, but that when the news comes out, it can never meet the expectations of the hyped up rumor.

So.......as soon as the news comes out....sell.....because the price right before the announcement had the value of the "hyped up" news built into it, and therefore - when the reality of the news released settles in - the price will drop to reflect the "true" value of the news.

Problem here is that Baltia doesn't even release rumors......so the "buy on rumor, sell on news" theory just can't apply.............................

You can't buy on a rumor if one never exists!
