I assume CDEL will turn the corner upon the 10Q being filed.  Can we assume CDEL was never short or NSS'd on TECO?  If they were then they have covered with all this buying while in parallel holding the price down.  Will they be the catalyst that squeezes the other hedgie/MM's into the MOMO.

Coolnapz, based on your trading desk experience; what will CDEL shoot for during any MOMO? Will they settle for 5's, 7's, 10's?
