Yes it is going to CEN Biotech to fund the facility.  Bill explored many other options with other investors who wanted to lend CEN Bitotech money.. but they all wanted way more than 25%.  so Bill chose PHOT.... PHOT did it because they are going to use their growing equipment and they have no risk due to RXNB co-signing the deal.

This will not directly fund any kind of buyback program.. but ultimately when the facility is up and running and making billions.. thats when the buyback will happen
