Well if the facility is built out then the shareholders will see plenty in appreciated PPS. That's
a huge gain right there, and if Bill chooses to use some for share buy back and retirement of
them then we see plenty. I don't think we would see any additional shares hit our accounts
lol but I'm fine with DIVIDENDS later when we hit the big boards.
