Isn’t this where the whole FITX owns 75% came into play after this deal. Bill had said that it was set up it was set up in trust for FITX to prevent a hostile takeover as to why the share go into these trusts but are owned by FITX. That is why there was the confusion over PHOT 8K and later explained by Bill.

On a side note out of all the notes I have read from the AB meet yesterday I was most excited by the fact that AB said that the people at PHOT speak highly of Sam which he confirmed. Which leads me to believe there will be more deals in the future between PHOT and FITX imho
