Obviously that is a very key point to all FITX shareholders. Will the PHOT shares become
assets of FITX or "Officers" of the company. Since the purpose of the shares was to strengthen
CEN BIO and provide the capital needed to complete the goals associated with the Maximum
licensed grow rate, I can't see why these shares would not become part of the CEN BIO bottom
line. But you are right, this is where the true clarification is needed. I had thought this was
raised before and Bill answered this but I have to punt to some of the other LONGS for their
evaluation.
