definitely restricted until we receive them and then we can lift the restrictions and sell them. But PHOT in my opinion will continue rising in value, so keeping a majority of our PHOT shares would be beneficial or selling a majority of them and doing numerous beneficial moves on behalf of CEN Biotech and it's shareholders.
