My question is, who are the "designated shareholders"? I think the appreciation of PHOT is awesome ,and will be a big chunk of change (possibly $240 million or more). Do they go into the company coffers (and increase our shareholder value) ,or to certain individuals? If this has been addressed ,I missed it and could someone please recap for me. thanks in advance
