Other thoughts are that the downward pressure could have been a bid for a hostile power grab (grab as many shares as possible), notes convert more at lower prices so the note holders could have forced the prices down.Do like your conversation with your relative in the know, I don't know how he'll find out anything about IEquity, would be very valuable to see all who are on board there.
