I wonder if Baron Capital would help companies that are on the grey market.  I have one stock that got heavily manipulated and was then booted by the SEC (after 2 conference calls were rudely disturbed)

Never found out if they were guilty (SEC does not have to provide an answer) but lost my ass on them.

That would be another market they could go into even though it would be a tricky one (to find companies that were not doing anything wrong, but were just shorted to death)
