Website launch, partnerships w/Vortex and Kolbe, new directors, departure of Vakser ... those are real.  As for the rest, I guess it depends on whether you trust Luther, and believe the details will come soon.  Personally, I believe him because of what he's done so far, and I'd rather Luxuriant continue getting deals done at the pace they have been, because I'm long on PRPM and want them to succeed in building the company they've laid out for us. (He did say that he would send pictures in the near future.)

Despite everything LH has accomplished to date, we gotta remember that they are at the very beginning of their development, relatively speaking. And the benefit is us being able to get in at these prices.

Also, Luther said the change in the share structure, ticker and name would probably be this week or next. That's not that long to wait. When it happens, that will provide more significant confirmation that we're legit. If you can't wait that long, then maybe this stock is not for you, but that's JMO. I understand your frustration either way. GLTU
