My take after License approval: I think the day that happens, the whole dynamics
of the MMJ/ Investing community will change forever. First of all the grow license being in Canada adds a lot more security to investors because of the solidness of the Federal Canadian MMJ laws, as apposed to any other Public Company doing business, stickily in the US. As MMJ is still Federally illegal and probably will remain so for at least several more years.
Add the fact that FITX has acquired a majority stake in Hemp Technologies with the Charlotte's Web (mmj medicine for children) awareness and overall 'Green" benefits of the Hemp Plant. FITX becomes the best possible choice as a public company in North America. Read the book by Jack Herrer, "The Emperor Wears no Clothes and you will see why the likes of Big Paper and Chemical companies want to keep the miracle plant, illegal! (I used to sell the book, when I owned a hip gift shop back in the day)
So my guess is that Adding in the Hemp based nutritional aspect with the other revenue streams, FITX becomes the Leader in the space by steps and bounds,
in a relatedly short time.
As a valuation then must be determined, I see FITX leading with the highest Market Cap by December of 2014. My guess would be between 4-6 Billion, Yes with a B!
Using the higher number at the current share count of 3.4 (adding the remaining unauthorized 90 million shares into the mix), That would put the stock at around $1.76 per share by this coming Dec.
Tweed's price might effect FITX price somewhat, the value of the 240 Million PHOT shares and who the designated holders are, the overall climate of legalization here in the States, the possible up-listing, the possibility of dilution and mergers, the bubble formation that will bound to be formed in the sector over the next 5 years, and other factors will all weigh in on the price of course!
If all goes to plan, I honestly think that FITX in just three short years will be $3.50+/share. All in my opinion, based on the items I mentioned above.
