I agree that the PHOT shares go to designated FITX shareholders.
I'm just thinking out loud but I have one particular co-worker who is fearful about the FITX restricted shares hitting the float over the next few months...is it possible that the Shares from PHOT go to those individuals and then they might be inclined to HOLD their FITX shares longer and instead sell their PHOT shares which would give us a boost because those "players" could get a huge payday without selling FITX
Any thoughts
