Right on West! had that same thought when we were having that discussion this am...
If PHOT is @ $1 by the time we get the license that's $240 million for us... I believe we make a one-time payment of $1 million which leaves us $140 million clear...
$70 million toward buyback, still leaves $70 million for buildout, growth, acquisitions...
