Obama spoke on new sanctions against Russia just a few minutes ago.  Thankfully, they were pretty weak in nature and it seemed like they were mainly directed at bigwigs and Russian higher-ups - He didn't speak of anything related to international commerce or any sort of travel restrictions.

Maybe some people selling their shares based on uncertainty with the Russia ordeal?
