PHOT is hitting all-time highs and we're tanking....again. I don't know if I can stand many more "buying opportunities". Construction progress and License is imminent ,yet you'd never know it from the stock price . I'm a long ,so don't lose your minds(cheerleaders) ,but at some point we should have some kind of upward movement ,don't ya think?
