It is possible that you spoke to a person that is not well informed or has no knowledge of what was spoke of.  Like Steve has mentioned, that would not be the person with which The CEO or president  (Joseph or Steve) would speak with to establish a deal. Steve has not lied to any of his shareholders. Pretty big leap to call him a fraud!! IMO
