Over the past few days, I have lost all respect for the CEO of this company.  It has become obvious to me that he comes onto this board and give half-stories with the sole intention of stroking his own ego. He expects us shareholders to take every single thing he says as fact, and not ask him any questions or perform any due diligence.

Steve, I have something to tell ya...if a person calls an affiliate to verify information that has been publicly released in a PR, that is absolutely NOT insider information. If you really believe it is, you have a lot to learn. It's part of everyday due diligence.

You really need to grow up and start acting like the CEO of a publicly-traded company. You could learn a lot of lessons from some other OTC company CEO's.

I still own a pile of ICPA shares, but it's certainly not because of my respect for the CEO.
