Slow base is fine by me. I'm just watching Citadel park on .002 trying to grab cheap shares. The big boys aren't going to hit ask in any meaningful way, so the onus will be on retail. I can see that happening if it stays in the mid 2's because all the trending technicals are really lining up in text book fashion, MACD cross, 20 DMA confirmation, RSI trending, etc.
