Agreed, im neutral in who takes the blame for what, i wont assume anything yet. Im not looking at AV/iequity in the same light because SEC would have acted on them all the same day if they saw something there, they didnt which means their eye was on AV........and before we start worrying about the two MJ suspensions: PTOG had paid many promos undisclosed, a monster history of paid promos of the illegal sort, a manager with a shady history, several name changes plus not much explaining of their new business. AVNE seemed like a dead company till june, unclear securities issues with questions who controls it, a HUGE history of splits, insider trading it looks like before the news came out and then the fake or misleading PR which imo looks like AV tried to steal IP after SKTO corrected it...I think AVNE needs to explain more than anyone.
