Current share structure of PHOT is about 1/3 of ours. but they just authorized an addition 2B
shares to accommodate recent acquisitions and deals. I'll be curios where PHOT trades after
those shares are issued. I think realistically we should be trading around PHOT once we our
first grow OP and revenues begin coming in. This could however accelerate IMO based on
projections and Market sentiment not to mention additional dealings with HEMP and things
Bill is currently working on. I think we are just in the beginning here.
Add in the uplisting and a possible share buyback and all systems GO.. again IMO.
