Just a guess but I'd go with SKTO + AEGY = 100
Variables being, factoring unissued shares in each shell and the SKTO weighted bump up from AEGY divvy, also will this merger amount to a reverse split and open shareholders up to future dilution? The lack of trust really compromises everything.
