I can respond to #2. Bill stated that he received funds from a private investor for the build out of
the existing building but would not disclose this investor I think he even stated the amount but
I can't remember but it was said to be more than enough to cover and there would be no new
shares required to be issued (A/S increase). I sincerely believe Bill is finished in that regard and
will be looking to reduce available shares in the future.
I'm curious on your point 1 as well and hope this is something that is in the pipeline for a nice
announcement.
