My understanding of the vault right or wrong is that all grow operations would be contained
within it.. I don't see the vault as a place for products/cash.. I thought Bill had made a statement
to that regard in the AB interview, but I need to go back and listen again. I see the floor being
poured after the vault is constructed around the parameter of the existing building (Inside it). Thus
the weight of it being so great. My thoughts are that the setup (wiring, plumbing etc) could have
been already done, but the vault is the key to security of the grow ops.. once in place the rest
of the construction can happen quickly. I'm not sure the PODS, etc will have to be in there at
the time of inspection.

Any thoughts? This is my interpretation of the vault.
