I guess my understanding is the vault is used to contain packaged product awaiting shipment and will be located on the ground floor. It will be erected "lego' style at some point in the future and very well might be a stand alone structure in the corner of the room (so to speak). The rest of the building's infrastructure (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, sheetrock, finish work, ect...) of the different floors and how far along it is in construction is what I am curious about.
