This is the story of what happened:

Momoraptor sent a private message to those in the investor's circle with the agreement that had been signed between Southridge and Kinross. A confidentiality agreement or a sale agreement. The fact is, that a contract had been signed. Momoraptor never published this contract in public on the Southridge forum, but Janice Shell as a moderator with her powers went into his private messages or got hold of this agreement in another way. She never posted it in public. SRV-90 was the first one who posted this agreement in public on the Southridge board. I've added the agreement between Southridge and Kinross (signed by Martin Moscosa with authority to bind the corporation!).
