A virtual law firm? Is this Dial-a-Lawyer? Charged by the minute, goes on the caller's telephone bill? lol

Maybe all these AVNE guys know him personally? It appears from his website that this is not an actual "law firm." There's no phone number and it says: " As a virtual law office, we encourage you to Register with the Eilers Law Group through our secure connection to best facilitate your needs." What does this mean?
