TECO has been so pumped to death that the PPS has been constantly declining since that .13 intraday high in February of 2012 when the BS Belize Oil Strike PR came out.  Declining to the tune where the PPS hit a bid of .0026.  Whoever is pumping TECO is doing a very very chitty job!  icky is icky when it comes to trading!
