The golden question. Good place to start: research Revenue from carriage agreements. However, Steve has blown the traditional media model wide open. IC Places OWNS a network. IC Places has carriage agreements with multiple outlets. I could go on ... OWNS the means of production ... international syndication agreements ... 350 city websites, which presumably could localize media content. I'm as boggled as everyone else, but I wouldn't reveal the details of the complete revenue model either until everything is in place.
