I think you give the lawyer too much leeway. If he was fooled by this sleazy deal, then he is colossally stupid and incompetent as an attorney and officer of the court. If he wasn't fooled, then he is much worse.

Besides, he's already caught in an apparent falsehood by talking up his 1-person firm as a law group of more than one attorney.

His website says: ."..we strive to be your colleague, not just your attorneys. (He slipped into truth by forgetting to pluralize "colleague.")

His practice, by his own statement to the FLA Bar, is a 1-person operation, to wit, " Firm size: One " See attacment. Even his URL and email use the pretentious and deceptive "lawgroup."

One may deduce from this why AVNE chose him.
