Hey there cool! I've sent a few emails without a response back. I find that way easier for me. I'm not looking for a confrontation to take place over the phone. I don't want to create a bad atmosphere in dialogue and have Armando get defensive, or offended by my lack of tasteful manners that might be presented. I tend to be too aggressive at times, which can put the other person on the back burner and create a situation that I didn't want to take place. Maybe someone else here has spoken with him?
