Pro: It looks like the legal genius attending the AVNE fiasco as legal counsel is still wet behind the ears. Strange that he uses the royal "We." Admitted to FLA bar 2007. His law group, so called, practices in an apartment. The fly in the soup? It's a law group of 1, namely, him. What happened to truth in advertising? With unparalled successes like the AVNE debacle, that FLA apartment will at least be a quiet place. Hopefully, the youngster has an ample selection of video games to entertain he, himself, and him.
His website says: ."..we strive to be your colleague, not just your attorneys (?). Our focus is in providing Florida small business with the legal protection they need."
Considering the AVNE case, that line may be the best joke at the next FLA Bar Association convention.
In any event, let's give the boy his due. The plaques below (Exhibits B & C) --that we here dedicate to this lad for his legal prowess, powers of due diligence, and capacity for shrewd judgment -- come by way of the SEC and OTC Markets. Long may they wave.
