That doesn't work for me.  Any company that wants credibility does things ahead or on time especially in the BB and pink sheets.  After march 31, 2014 shows he is not credible.  If he does wait until after March 31,2014 then this stock will tank.  I think there is enough shares being held by shareholders that it won't go below .0002/.0003 though.
