Just trying to catch up here.  Maybe iEquity told the attorney that they owned the IP and the attorney never asked to see those contracts.  Duh.  Every night when I say my prayers, I add at the end: "And God please make sure GoldNApel and Berkeley Bio have great attorneys."  True story.
