I think you missed a "NOT" in there...
I will chalk it up to misunderstanding and a bad day. I would also say I certainly understand your position in maintaining the integrity of the board. However, I hope that does NOT mean that legitimate question/opinions are removed. After all a free exchange of ideas and discussion can only enhance the integrity of the board not the opposite.
