Look at the run by PHOT as a positive for FITX.. We are making money RIGHT NOW! because
when the license approval is in our hands.. so are the PHOT shares.. value on our books keeps
rising.. So I look at the PHOT run as a very good timing deal Bill made.. Just think if the deal
was signed today, the number of shares would have been less from PHOT. So FITX is already
increasing in value day to day.. PPS will reflect that once the license is in hand.
