No doubt in my mind that BLTA is going to ride like this (about .022) until a PR is issued......which could be another 4 to 6 weeks maximum.
Unfortunately, the pps won't rise on "rumor", since the truth is..................Baltia HQ isn't letting rumors out at this time.
The best a call to HQ is going to get you is "I can't talk about that.....I can't give out information about that.....that is considered insider information and can't be discussed"......etc.
I'm guessing we here will be as surprised about the completion of the pilot training as everyone else in the world will be................
