I'm long and strong here, too...and often wonder the same thing!  With such a transparent CEO and great social media updates, I have NO idea why we're not up around .30 already...just on speculation.  I suppose we'll sideways churn until the license is issued... then BOOOOM!  Then BOOOOM again when the first seeds are planted...then BIG BOOOOOOM when the first crop is delivered.
