There they are. 3712 shares offered at $14.00. They are what remains of the 5488 shares first offered on 01/15/2014. They have been placed there by someone who has no choice but to continue digging the hole they started when first they shorted TelVue. Buy if you wish to add to your pile or leave them there as you see fit.
