I personally do not think it will be 1 thing where this stock shoots up with the amount of shares that are outstanding. I look at this as a building process and each piece of the puzzle that gets put in place will bring us one more step up the ladder. I think uplisting will be bigger than the license IMO. Everybody needs to sit back and relax and lets talk 4/1/15 about the pps where we should be much higher.  So many lack patience and what to be a millionaire over night and when it doesn't happen they sell only to look back and say if only...
