I have no idea or do I really care, I invest what I can afford and put a time frame of comment on holding, as I have learned the hard way and have sold early on too many stocks. Another poster put it well I though I am holding for 0 or for a big number.  That being said IMO the license I would think we would be trading in the .15 to .20 range, as once we get the license the PHOT deal kicks in.
