2. i don't think it is all weather.. waiting for the vault and steel shouldn't be taking this long.. they miss judged delivery time.
3.I agree he did say that, but he will be late on even those estimates. and before the share holder meeting.. he gave the same time line 2 weeks prior... so that makes him even farther back.
He just had no idea what he was doing when he was making these timelines.. harder project than it looks. I still believe
