No disrespect bro, but are you in la-la land?  MM manipulation is rampant within the pink market with market makers creating and moving the pps incrementally based upon supply and demand.  Now you're telling us that MM's don't hide shares within level II?  That they won't list a 5000 share block, have it eaten alive and the pps remains the same with their hidden shares not showing?? Sh*t, we see that all the time; and now I have someone telling me that WE create the market??? LOL.  Not a chance brother.  Even a rookie knows MM's manipulate pps action at will.  Here in the grey's, which btw is NOT the place I want KMAG to be, at the very least there is an honest display of what the price is based upon the true demand and desire to buy or sell the stock because there is no MM control.  Thus the two tenth jump instead of a one-one thousandth tick. Simply look at the last trade screen on TDA and you'll see the evidence.
