I liken it to a credit limit, let them buy assets and perform acquisitions! GrowLife is performing 'healthy dilution' to grow revenue with each purchase...

Of the 2 billion raise in A/S, 500 million went to the CEN Bio and RXNB deals. So, the fact is the first 25% of the increase is already accounted for, and it was a large acquisition that drove the PPS up!
