Looking forward to the new merged company, I've got some questions. Since KA has been silent for a while I'm speculating his role in the new company may be different than the old one, however I really don't understand how board structures in mergers work. Can anyone help with what standard board procedures are in mergers? Who stays and who goes? How is that determined? Also, what information about board meetings, if any, is public information for shareholders?
