As stated this morning I said we would have pressure so they can continue to cover, but I thought we would close around .084.   From what I am hearing the new rule will start taking effect tomorrow, but will start to have maximal effect by next Tuesday.   Simply put, you can't sell shares you do not own unless you are a MM providing liquidity.  And then you have 3 days to cover those.
