We have a couple of nibblers at the .007 range, a quick hop, skip and jump back to a penny.  Most of us can figure this one out on the first sign of good news we can see some leaps in the .002-.003 range instead of one-thousandths of a tick up.  It is actually kind of refreshing in a way.
