HowToPickLosers, what do you base this on? Why is this a better company? What facts do you base this on? I'd like to agree with you, but my DD is not proving this to be the case. If I look at one of Steve's recent update posts, it appears much of the revenue opportunity has gone away. So why is this company better now than it was at 4 cents? I do honestly believe Steve has lots of great irons in the fire. But based on Steve's own words, it appears ICPA took 1 step forward and 2 steps back. Am I missing something here?

I believe the share price has corrected itself from the value that was too high at 3 to 5 cents when traders started realizing things were not coming to fruition as were being touted. That's trading 101...the price will correct itself if things are not as they appear.
