Not only is he not drawing a salary but I heard he sold a plane and put those proceeds into Belize which was noble.  On the other hand there comes a time when someone needs to look in the mirror and ask themselves;  "what am I doing wrong"!   Maybe this new business plan and the new consulting team is a sign that someone is starting to look at themselves in the mirror. 
I still have hope.  The PPS could bounce back to pennies within a short week if TECO can announce and "prove" some major milestones are being met with success. History and credibility  doesn't provide much confidence for many but change might bring it to reality.
